Satisfaction is guaranteed. We love our customers and we want you to be happy. If you have any problems with your mei tai or carrier, please let us know immediately! Refunds and replacement mei tais are only guaranteed for 30 days. We can only refund a purchase that is unworn (beyond trying it on). It must be returned to us in NEW condition, and that is our judgment call to make. If the carrier smells like smoke or has signs of being used beyond trying it on, we will refuse the refund, and return the carrier after you pay for shipping. If there is a problem with stitching (beyond normal wear and tear), we will fix it for the first year and we will cover shipping both ways.
We use these slings daily with our own children, so we are confident in the safety of them. We make all mei tais and carriers with reinforced seams, and 100% cotton or polyester threads. But, by purchasing a mei tai or carrier from Two Mommas Designs, you are accepting the responsibility for your safety, as well as that of your children. If you notice any tears, holes, or extreme wear, please discontinue use for the safety of your children. We are not responsible for any problems, injuries, or issues that come from using our carriers. Kids' carriers are meant only as toys, and are not appropriate or safe to use to carry a real baby or child. Care: All carriers are washable on gentle cycle in a pillowcase (the long straps can get wrapped around the agitator) or by hand. Please hang to dry.
